IMPORT ANTS DATES FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE 2017

Assalam-o-Alaikum

 

Your kind attention is invited to the following:

1. The Annual Examination result will be declared on Wednesday, 21st June 2017 between 8:30am and 11:30am.

2. Results will not be disclosed or given to students with any outstanding fees including school transport.

3. Accounts office will be open from 08:00am to 11:00am on result day. (Fees will not be accepted after 11:00am).

4. Parents who have not re-registered their child (children) are at risk of losing their seats. Register your ward at the earliest.

5. Re-examination instructions:

       a. Re-examination will be held on 17th, 18th, 19th June 2017 from 08:00am onwards.

       b. List of retest students will be declared on or before Monday, 12th June by 2:00pm for Grades 3 – 10.

       c. Students failing to appear for re-exam will be detained.   d. Portion for re-examination will be the same as that of the annual examination.

       e. Retest fee of receipt of Dhs. 150/- has to be submitted to the Exam In-charge, before the start of the re-examination.

       f. Re-exam students must come in proper school uniform.   g. School transport will not be available during re-test days.

6. Imp: Parents who wish to withdraw their ward(s) from school must apply for T.C on or before Thursday, 15th June 2017. The school will not be able to issue any certificate, letter/document, leaving certificate etc. during vacation from 25/6/2017 to   31/8/2017.

7. School office timings (Sun – Thurs) after examination period and during vacation will be from 8:00am to 1:00pm.

8. It is compulsory to buy the textbooks and notebooks (KG I to Grade 11) only from the school bookstore only to avoid variation in publishers name, ISBN numbers or illustration or specification.

9. Sale of uniform, books, notebooks and stationery (KG1-grade11) full set only will be on 5th, 6th, 7th, 9th and 10th September 2017 in school from 8:30am-2:00pm. Very Important: There is a complete change in school uniform and uniform supplier. The details will be released soon.

10. Registration for new students and re-registration for current transport user have started, contact the school transport department at the earliest between 8:00am and 1:30pm to confirm your place. Allotment will be on first come first basis.

11. Classes for new academic year will resume for students from 10th September 2017.

12. Names of students who remain absent without information on the first three days after re-opening of the school will be struck off from the registers.
